Today, we will use the leftover rice paper from our Vietnamese spring rolls.
Rice Paper Strawberry Mochi Recipe
Ingredients
- Yokan (Japanese sweet bean jelly): 5 pieces
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Strawberries
- Rice paper: 3 sheets per piece
- Starch powder
Instructions
In a bowl, mix 5 pieces of yokan with 3 tablespoons of sugar and mash it with your hands.
Remove the stems from the washed strawberries and wrap each strawberry in the mashed yokan to form a round shape.
Soak the rice paper in warm water until soft, then wrap it around the strawberry mochi.
- Use a total of 3 sheets per piece.

Finally, coat the outside with starch powder, and your easy strawberry mochi is complete!
Rice Paper Vietnamese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- Rice paper: 1 sheet
- Egg: 1
- Store-bought tomato sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Chopped onion
- Chopped green onion
- Jalapeño
- Sausage
- Mozzarella cheese: 3 tablespoons
Instructions
In a frying pan, place 1 sheet of rice paper and crack 1 egg, pouring it over half of the rice paper.
Layer the following ingredients on the rice paper in order:
- 1 tablespoon of store-bought tomato sauce
- Chopped onion
- Chopped green onion
- Jalapeño
- Sausage
- 3 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese
Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms according to your preference.
Pour the remaining egg mixture over the top, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
Rice Paper Corn Chips Recipe
Ingredients
- Rice paper
- Cooking oil
- Corn cream soup powder
- Ramen soup powder
Instructions
Cut the rice paper into bite-sized pieces and lightly fry them in cooking oil.
In a bag, combine the fried rice paper, corn cream soup powder, and a little ramen soup powder. Shake to mix well.
