Cake recipe without oven |
Today, I’m sharing a no-bake chocolate cheesecake recipe that you can make without an oven.
Even beginners in baking can succeed easily by following the steps carefully.
Ingredients
(For 1 cake)
Size: Diameter 18cm / Height 7cm
Base Ingredients
- Digestive biscuits: 1 pack (194g)
- Melted butter: 40g
- Peanut butter: 1 tablespoon
Chocolate Cheese Cream Ingredients
- Milk chocolate: 240g
- Cream cheese: 340g
- Whipping cream: 160ml
Chocolate Cream Ingredients
- Milk chocolate: 90g
- Whipping cream: 90ml
Decorations
- Chocolate chips
- Cocoa powder
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
Place the following ingredients in a disposable plastic bag and crush them finely:
Digestive biscuits: 1 pack (194g)
Melted butter: 40g
Peanut butter: 1 tablespoon
If the pieces are too large, use a tool like a ladle to crush them finely.
Line the cake tin with parchment paper according to its shape, then evenly spread the crushed biscuits at the bottom.
Press down evenly with a ladle or similar tool.
While preparing the other ingredients, store the base in the freezer.
Melt 240g of milk chocolate using a double boiler over hot water.
Once melted, add 340g of cream cheese and mix with a whisk. Then, using an ice bath, add 160ml of whipping cream and whip until well combined.
Take the base from the freezer and spread the chocolate cheese cream on top. Return it to the freezer until the cream sets.
Once the cream is set, melt 90g of milk chocolate in a double boiler and mix it with 90ml of whipping cream.
Spread the prepared chocolate cream thinly over the cake, then sprinkle chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar evenly according to your preference.
Cover the finished chocolate cheesecake with plastic wrap and freeze for 5 hours to set.
