Korean hangover ramen recipe |
Today, I’ve prepared a simple yet delicious recipe for hangover ramen.
This ramen, with a deep and refreshing broth, can help you recover after a night of drinking.
Ingredients
(for 1 pack of ramen - using Shin Ramyeon)(Measurements: tablespoon)
- Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons
- Green onion: 1 stalk
- Dried pollack (hwangtae): a handful
- Red pepper powder: 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Ramen seasoning: 1 pack
- Dried vegetable seasoning: 1 pack
- Water: 500ml
- Chopped green onion: 1/4 stalk
- Bean sprouts: a handful
- Cheongyang pepper: 1 pepper
- Chives: a little
- Egg: 1
- Ground pepper: a little
Cooking Instructions
In a pot for boiling the ramen, add the following ingredients in order and stir-fry on low heat for as long as possible.
Stir-fry until the ingredients are fragrant without burning them to enhance the umami flavor.
Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons
Green onion: 1 stalk
Slice the green onion thinly.
- Dried pollack: a handful
Soak the dried pollack in water briefly, then squeeze out excess water before adding.
Red pepper powder: 2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
Ramen seasoning: 1 pack
Dried vegetable seasoning: 1 pack
Add 500ml of water and wait for it to boil.
Once the water starts boiling, add the ramen, 1/4 of a chopped onion, and a handful of bean sprouts.
If you want a spicier taste, thinly slice 1 Cheongyang pepper and add it.
Finally, add a little chopped chives, 1 egg, and sprinkle some ground pepper to finish.
